Retirando o Front sub frame

Hi
The correct procedure is to remove the subframe, however, if you are only replacing the clutchh and hydraulic bearing, you can get away with lust unbolting the subfrane at the gearbox end, lowering it down a few inches, and the gearbox will pull out and sit between the subframe and the chassis leg.
It is advisable to support the subframe slightly with a jack underneath it whilst the gearbox is sat on it, and to secure the gearbox whilst it is sat there, especialy if it is in the air on a ramp.
If you are changing the gearbox or want to remove it completely for whatever reason, then you will need to remove the subframe to get enough room to remove it.
